SS76 is a story about the crew of a space station with claustrophobia or “cabin fever.” It is set in the “future,” but the sci-fi look is from a ‘70’s viewpoint.

The scenery consisted of all interiors on one single stage. A low budget movie, we had 4 weeks to build 27 sets in a space and on a budget that could not accommodate them. We did so using modular panels that reflected the aesthetic of the “Retro Sci-fi” script and could be rearranged overnight to form different sets. Everything had to be planned carefully and pre-made. I think that we succeeded beyond expectations.
